dillon533 , currently there are possibly 2 options to do.
1, send the player back with registered mail, chose the option that lets you receive the postage received notification.
However, you need the seller to agree to the postage method and to refund you the purchase price + postage to you + return postage.
2, refuse postage until the seller refunds all the amount (3 mentioned above). Escalate the dispute to a paypal claim, and forward the supporting evidence to paypal. And state that you will not send the player to any other countries besides UK, since the ad states the item was from UK.
Personally i would prefer with option 2. As with your strong supporting evidence, paypal might end up refunding your money with you not having to post the item back. The crucial point would be the false item location and your evidence.

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.
