i didn't buy this off ebay

just saw on a local online ad that said 2 GB MP4 player and blah blah blah but now that ad is taking off...

i still have his number.

should i call him.

what should i say to him, give me my money back or what.

false alarm...

some of my music files were corrupted for some reason and wouldn't transder and i alway got the message of warning drive is full or right protected..

anyways now i have put over 500 MB worth of music so i think i'm good...

hopefully at least.
