Please can you contact ebay and let them see whats going on
I had a good look around this forum today and found my 4gb mp4 is only 1gb
This is a common problem
EBAY SHOULD KNOW
WOULD YOU THE ADMIN CONTACT EBAY AND LET THEM SEE THESE FORUMS AS EVEDENCE AGAINST THE SELLERS OF THESE MP4 PLAYERS

OR CAN YOU START A PETITION TO SEND THEM

fishdoctordad , much as everyone in here hopes that all these hacked players would stop, there is really limited things to what admin or us can do.

ebay certainly knows about this problem, but they are cashing in on it. Would they stop all these and take a paycut?

There is a chinese saying "to remove the grass permanently, you will need to remove the roots itself".
There is no use even if ebay stops people from selling these. The manufacturers will still make, hack and sell them.

Not only that, but in the process they would stop ALL non branded players from being sold. Then we wouldn't have that outlet to purchase them.
When Ebay bans someone from selling a fraudulent product, the seller will just open up another account under a different name and continue selling.

I agree, It's very easy for an ebay member just to open a new account.

I think the only real solution is to have a bad sellers list like we already have on here now. having said that a lot of people could have prevented being ripped off if they just read through the sellers feedback.

I've done my part and now I'm banned from sending Emails to Ebay users that I don't buy from. Still fighting with one right now.
