Hi all,
First, I apologize if this has been covered a million times, I 've been searching (and will keep doing) for similar threads, but while I can extract all the useful info from them I'll ask here.

ops:
I bought a
2GB MP3 player from newcomdigi for ~55€, which in fact, is a 1GB player. Yup, I'm one idiot more on the list. I wanted 4GB (more or less what I needed), bought 2GB, and got 1GB.
I've read some guides, and the conclusion is: claim to ebay, claim to paypal. When you do so, you'll have a 90 day protection time (regardless of what the seller told you). But I don't want to stop there. Also, I don't think I should send the mp3 (it's not even worth because of the shipping carges, I guess). So I plan to do this:
- Claim ebay, paypal and my local institutions. Send a detailed email with photos, links to guides, captured web pages, etc.
- When I claim ebay, the seller will most likely contact me. I'll make sure he knows I'm aware of the scam, not just a confused user. I'll let the SOB know I want a refund, or another player with real 2GB capacity. Is this reasonable, or should I ask for something else?
- I'll give him the rating he deserves, perhaps I'll even post a guide with his name, and make him famous through the internet.
Well, not much can be done, this is just what I thought. I hope you guys can give me some ideas or advice.
Thanks in advance!
