Default ugoole,e-britian lowest_total_price all the same person!

Hi basicly the above sellers are all

Ruihong Chen

Of
RM 2614 WANG YUNG HOUSE
NT
CHEUNG WANG
TSING YI
HONG KONG
00852 62127184

Basicly i bought 4 mp4 players from this Animal.
Paid via paypal on 31/12/06 read some of his feedback and then realised how stupid i had been!
So i instantly demanded a refund!
Filed a claim with paypal etc.
and decided to give him hell!
So
yesterday 4/1/07 i recieved a full refund!
Due to the amount of grief i had given him im not surprised he folded.
:-)
Also he has sent the 4 MP4 players as a "gesture of goodwill"
Obviously it was followed by please withdraw the Neg feedback!
Ha.
He's such a Fool!

Well when your Email and paypal accounts get flooded with 150 invoices and Emails every day i would guess he realised i wouldnt give up!.
:-)
I also used a few sneaky tricks with other Ebay accounts on his other accounts! Check his feedback on ebritian and you will see.

So if anyone wants the templates of the letters ive sent him, let me know and i will see if i can help get your money back.
By the sounds of it not many people are having much luck with him!
Please if you have been ripped off Email me and i will see what i can do.
It took me 4 days to get a full refund and 4 Free crap players so i think i may have a good chance of getting some of your money refunded!
:-)

Very cool, Stace. You done good, being able to get a full refund. I only got about 30%.

e-britain has now left me negative feedback - I only left him a neutral! But thanks to the ability to respond to feedback - I have been offered an opportunity by e-britain to post a link HERE!!! Mwahahahahahahahah....

By the way, the guy's address is incomplete. no point in sending him "presents". His number though, looks like a genuine cellphone number. Who here knows aobut free online international SMS services??

This guy has closed shop on ebay and does'nt answer any messages. I have a claim in paypal but don't have a good feeling about getting any money back. I don't care about the negative feedback so much as it has my reply to it so people can see my side. But I still think that private feedback for a seller was a bad idea on ebay's part as it was used to further any scamming by dirty sellers

I bought one from this guy for 24.05 UKP thinking "bargain!". Okay, stop laughing.

Needless to say that it was killed as soon as I went over 1Gb of music.

I filed a report with eBay and PayPal and had a response that he had "tried to contact my email address many times and I should check my spam bin". After asking for my money back via paypal I had this reply

Quote:
Please send back to us for replacement and we ask conpemsation from the supplier.
The return addressenny Chen,
Wong Shuk Hing, P.O. Box 1225, Tsuen Wan Post Office, Hong Kong
please remember to put your buyer id and the detail in the parcel.
To send back the item is no good to both of us.
according to paypal rule, you should send back the item on your cost.
you will be refunded after the item reach my address.
we lost the ebay fee and postage, you lost the postage to send back the item.
we weill offer a partial refund of 6GBP, please accept it.
By the way, you can check the price (buy it now/including shipment) of 1gb player by this link:

--snipped---

we do not earn money in this transaction
please tell us your decision.
any question, please contact with us by emails directly.
Right, yeah. Cost me 24 quid and he want to give me 6 quid - the postage to Hong Kong will cost almost that, so I'll not only be down an MP3/MP4 player, but almost 20 quid. What makes it worse is that I'm yet to be able to use it!

His advice to get things back is to reformat the drive. Oh look, 4GB down to 1Gb and no MP4. Odd that in the original auction he says not to do this...

Needless to say I rejected the offer. I love the line "we do not earn money in this transaction" - sure, I believe you...

What really annoys me is the original advert said he was based in Preston (about 30 miles from me).

There is no way under the sun I will send the unit back and get a refund after he gets it - going by his current rate of not responding to emails, it'll be a couple of months (and no-doubt he'll claim it's not arrived and then reflash and resell) and I'll end up getting back 2 quid.

ebritain is not good. I wonder what his feedback is actually like given it's currently locked. Wuss.
