Default Bad Seller List

Hi, I purchased two players from ultromall back in January. The players seemed fine at first but once I got beyond 60 songs and a couple of AMV's they stopped working. Informed seller, they kept giving me the run around wasting time so that it would be over 30 day warranty. By this time they were "not a registered user". They came back as cowmagasin. Again not long after were "not a registered user". I sent players back and asked for a refund. Had to open dispute with eBay to get refund. They kept telling me they couldn't issue refund because there account was limited. Finally, they miraculously found another account and issued full refund. This took over three weeks!!

I purchased an mp4 player on ebay from red-vision, and come to find out the email address for the seller is ugoole@------.com

The item number is 290097674457. I'd like to know if anyone has bought this model, and if so is it just as busted as the rest?

Default add DIGITEXPERT to that list

you could add DIGITEXPERT to that list - they have multiple negative feedback describing false advertising, less memory than promised, and problems with the unit. (most of these negative comments are written in in spanish - maybe they can't read spanish and didn't catch those and negociate for a mutual retraction)

You can add "rapidstore" to that list. Advertised 4GB and turned out to be only 2GB (I checked the part number on the only memory chip installed).

You should definitely add DIGITEXPERT to that list. I got a 4GB 1.8'' player, which is in fact 2GB (after reformating it). There are also other similar complains (negative feedback) about them.

Greetins from Germany. I also bought a MP4 player from ebay.
http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...MEWN:IT&ih=020

~62$

Well, had problems while copying music on it. So formated it and voila only 2GB available.
I contacted the seller:

"Dear ebox.store,

today I received the MP4 player. I wanted to copy my files to it => error
I had to reformat it with the format utility provided on the CD. After this it only had 2GB => the real capacity.

So, you obviously sold me a faked player.

This is unacceptable. "

His answer:

"This mp4 is combined with 2 pcs. 2GB nano flash and one of the nano flash may have improper format or reset (disk error) by vibration during the delivery. So, you can return to us with full refund or we give you partial refund GBP6.00 for the resulted 2GB. Please confirm if it is OK. Then we will send you the refund. Please contact us for the confirmation and arrangement

We will also leave you good feedback. Thanks a lot. "

ridiculous.

I contacted him an said I wanted at least 20$ back.

So, please add

ebox.store

to the list

you can also add dance_wilson (Sai Hoi Wong), from whom i ordered a 4GB player. he sent me a 1GB, asked me to take photoes of it from various angles and e-mail them "to make sure i am not a liar". then agreed to replace it. sent me a hacked 4GB----> only 2GB !!!. i opened a dispute on Paypal. the seller offered a full refund upon receiving the item again. NO GO i will not spend 2 times 10USD (20USD) on posting, and wait 3 months or more to get another hacked player.
SOB seller. got away with it. don't be fooled by his sweet-talk. he is a bastard.
Never buy from him. !!!!!!!!!!!!
