Default Guess what "Ugoole" said...

I wrote to ugoole that I want my money back and that they have to stop this fraud...

Today I received a message:

Quote:
Hi,

Sorry for the trouble. do you mean that the total memory of the player is wrong size ? please format the player by your pc.(Please format by FAT, if do not have FAT, please use FAT32) and reload songs onto the player. please make sure that the songs you download are in MP3/WMA format.
If that still can not work, there should be something wrong with the memory. If you are sure that it is really wrong, please send it back to us for replacement.
if you can keep the item, we can give you a partial refund of 5 EUR.
please tell us about your decision.
thanks

So how much turned the 4 GB to be really? Demand a refund according to the missing memory. If 4 GB is 1 GB, claim the difference between a 1 GB player and a 4 GB player, assuming you can make up a price for a 4 gigger which is hard because they are not in the shops yet.
Ask ebay what to do, start a paypal claim for the item not being what pretended to be. Refer to the fact that this scam is common business for this seller, and that 1000ths have been scammed already by this con artist.
What have you paid for it?

dienana, Ugoogle is one of the worst offenders and appears 32 times on the "Stop this Multi-Million Dollar Fraud on eBay " petition. Hope you get the time to sign the petition. When you submit your paypal\ebay dispute you should mention this and include a link to the petition.

I have already signed the petition some days ago  And I started a dispute on ebay but they haven't answered yet... Shall I start another dispute on Paypal?

I had to pick up the player at the CUSTOMS, where I had to pay additional 14% custom duties and 19% VAT for the player.

The price for the player was € 46.50 + € 16.00 (custom d. + VAT) so the player cost me € 62.50.

Today I wrote them back and said that I want a refund of 75%.

I can't wait for the next stupid answer of "ugoole".

I will report it here

dienana, Thankyou for supporting the petition. Possibly best to wait and see the outcome of the dispute you have already lodged. Perhaps you can include the above information in any furthur communication. I would be interested to see how they react to the growing list of victims.

Good for you!! Fingers crossed you'll get more than 5 euros.

Just a reminder regarding feedback - only leave him feedback at the very last moment. Otherwise, chances are he'll take a swipe at you and leave you negative feedback. Good luck!!
