Sold a bogus player

I purchased a 4GB player, found the forum, and then discovered that it is really only 1GB. I sent a few messages over the weekend with no response. Should I go ahead and start a dispute with eBay now or wait the 24 hours just to see what happens? Any advice on how to proceed? Thanks

BisonMami , definitely raise a dispute with ebay or paypal. Try to get a full (by returning player) or partial refund (if you are satisfied with 1GB).

Depending on your decision, you can chose to contact the law enforcement agencies. But seems that it doesn't really help. Perhaps the item value is too little for them to be involved with.

Re: Sold a bogus player by gadget_delivery

I managed to get in touch with the seller through the email address registered with PayPal. Upon testing some of the inventory he found that some players were genuine while others were indeed hacked. I have sent the player back for them to inspect. If the findings are that the player is only 1GB (which I have no doubt of) a replacement will be shipped back to me at no cost. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. Who knows...if he does have genuine 4GB players I may be willing to purchase from him again.
