3. Have you posted negative feedback for the post? This is really important as it shows you have a legit problem with the trader:
- Yes: negative feedback
- also provided a link to a website explaining the trap and advising ebayers to test their players.

4. The reason/why this person is a bad trader?
- sells a 4GB mp4 player, which in fact appeared to be 1GB

5. Provide a link to the trader's details:
- Example of item he sells


I made a few pages here: ebaymp4.free.fr and advised people to provide a link to it in their feedback, because a link to this thread wouold be to long for the numbers of characters allowed.

Hope i will get some refund from paypal, since the seller does not care :).

adword3000 has just closed his account on ebay!

Maybe he wont change his name or email address when he opens a new account.

Here is an advice for you, naive ebay users who posted positive feeback for adword3000 BEFORE testing their player :).

Go to Paypal, connect, open a case (Gestionnaire de litige), put a message explaining that the player is only 1GB whereas the ad stated 4GB. The n wait a couple of day, and transform into reclamation and ask for 40€.

Then go to diesmo.free.fr and give me some of the money you got refunded :).
