Default Looking to get ripped off on a 4GB fake? Try Google!

I typed in "MP4 fakes" in Google, and 2 interesting things came up. My guide on 4GB MP4 Fakes for one (its the third hit, and the first eBay hit). The other, is the 4th hit, which says:

"Buy MP4 Nano 4GB FAKES MP3, Apple Ipod Nano 4GB , Silver MP3 Player items on eBay. "

It looks as if eBay is saying "Buy from our site! We are more than happy to serve all your fake hacked 4GB player needs!".

Maybe I'm just easily amused, but I found that very ironic that it appears eBay not only allows such players for sale widely, on their site, but they are flaunting it in our faces that they sell fake 4GB players. But perhaps it is our terminology that is at fault? Perhaps we should be calling them someting other than "fakes", because in other people's minds, it might simply refer to copies of the Nano.
