Should I leave him positive feedback? I updated my thread, he's wanting me to leave pos feedback in exchange to cancel my order and receive but he's FRAUDULENT. I recommend everyone to report ALL of his current listings (there are 4 for the "4 gb mp4 player" ) to eBay. I already did and they still haven't pulled them.

So do I leave him positive feedback with a nasty message attached (like "Bribed to leave pos feedback for a pos feedback. Don't do business with him" or something??)?? What do you think??

I already told him if he leaves me neg feedback and still tries to get me to pay I will leave him neg feedback as well.

the partial refund option is gay.. i guess he put a small amount only and we cant enter more than that..

i ask for a full refund because he had his account suspend

for me if he cant access the next friday i win the full refund
