Disubs has agreed to refund the difference between the 4GB and the 2GB player.

You gotta love these dicks - for the 1% that complain about the player they bought, these guys pretend they shipped the "wrong one"

I also bought a fake 4GB from this seller, hopefully I can get some money out of him.

plg6067 - tell him you didn't get it & report to paypal, unless the guy ships through a company that has online tracking.

Go for a full refund!

I should have done that but it's to late now I already started the dispute on paypal :( It would have work to because it took almost 3 damn weeks to get here and he lied about the item location.

I have reported this user to ebay, for a large number of different things. One is that he lies about the item location. Another reason is that on the spec chart he said the player had a camera, also the earphones pictured didn't come with it, the software he said would come with it was not included, the manual was for a different player, obviously the fact it was hacked, he has a pic of an apple ipod on the listing, he lies about apple ipod features to make his player seem better and the list goes on and on....

so sense he broke so many rules I can probably get him deleted.... hopefully
