Has petition started to lose its meaning?

Looking through the "Stop this Multi-Million Dollar Fraud on eBay" petition, I've started to see a few people talking about issues unrelated to the hack and instead complaining about issues such as slow shipping and nonworking players. Here's some examples that I read:

1. #532 - bought 4 MP3's, but received none. (I looked up the seller and he was accused of selling hacked players, but shouldn't this person have complained about that instead of the issue of not receiving them?)
2. #531 - mp4 doesnt work (In addition, this person gave a nonworking/fake auction number)
3. #523 - bought but no item sent (Also could not find products he/she was complaining about using the auction number they provided)
4. #519 - never received the player (again, they should have stuck to the topic)
5. #526 - line voided (Before it was voided, the post was jibberish, with some idiot pressing every key on his keyboard just to submit an entry)
6. #517 - line voided (Same reason as above)
7. #536 - Shows "device malfunction" error message when connecting to a PC. (and this person's complaining about ellieshang, who we know to be legitimate due to several members on this forum having purchased from them.)

... and there are a few more but I didn't feel like searching through the whole petition.

I'm confused; I thought this petition was only supposed to be about the memory hack from scamming sellers, not other issues related to mpx players. I realize there are a relatively few number of posts saying this, and I may be making a mountain out of a molehill, but I'm just concerned that these undermine the whole reason for the petiton. Shouldn't we have some kind of guidelines where only those who have RECEIVED their players and discovered a hack can sign the petition? Just a suggestion.
