Here is the first and final update of events that happened after this post.
1) I tried to file petition again for china.market but could not because one person can sign only one time.
2) When the package arrived it was a 1GB player and not 4 GB- I filed complaint with PayPal
3)With help from my chinese friend, I called the number on the box in china and told them that I know their address (written in chinese in the box) and I told them that I am going to call the local police station in china next.
4) They said not to complain and send email, I told them I will not send any email out of paypal system.
5) They responded to the paypal claim using outside email ID and promised to return me $25 out of the $43. I agreed to it, on out side email and I got the money.
6) I did not pull the case out of PayPal and asked to send me 4GB player, they responded saying they have already returned $25, I called them again and told them I had warned them not to use any method out side paypal.
7) this time they sent another mail in very good english and using angry language, I respond with more angry words.
8) They return me $43 (the full amount).
Conclusion, I got all my $43 back, got a good for nothing 1GB player and got $25 on top.
Again, it proves, you have to treat them like thieves and they will understand very well that you mean buisness. I think I am going to take my chinese friend who helped me on the phone to a real nice (authentic) chinese lunch !!! (what better way to spend the $25??)
