I was scammed

Hello i bougth i mp4 from mp4plus2007 for 7.50£,she said that she sent the mp4 and gave me the shipping number.But the shipping was for when a antoher person when called the post! and now she isnt asnwering my mails.! i paid with paypal i heard i can do fraud cases,but if do that will i get my money back?? :(

You should contact paypal straight away and explain the situation they may be able to reverse your payment.
