Agreed.
I would not be buying anything listed anywhere on eBay as 4 GB again. But I would buy from these folks. Provided we communicate before the transaction and I receive in writing that the player is as advertised.

If it arrives other than listed, I will make it clear that there will be no communication other than with my credit card company.

O course, there are models from non-ebay sellers I am more interested in right now. So this is not going to be an issue.

booboo, if you notice in their negitive feedback, most of the time it states that lotsall stated it was lost in customs and just gave them a refund.

but hey, for the price, what i got was worth it, however they have raised their prices since i bought mine. therefor, for the money, i believe there are other sellers that sell better players for the same price. but thats just my opinion.

Also still waiting. Won 7/16, paid the next day for registered airmail, they shipped 7/21. Guess I'll have to wait another 2-3 weeks. They have great communication and are polite, but I really wish they could somehow speed up the time for shipment.

Smells like bull to me. I know about shipping, and a package is automatically insured when sent that way. There's a lot more to it than just "you're package is missing. So sorry!" I think I'm gonna take the refund, but only if they'll include my shipping with that.

Yeh, it does sound like a load of bull. With a tracking number, you should be able to track the package to somewhere at least. Packages do get lost of stolen, but could he tell you where it was lost? What about providing you with the tracking number? Would be interesting if they can provide that information. I don't think they will though as it does sound like he's taking you for a spin.

This was actually TWO items which they said had to be shipped separately so there was no discount for multiple item shipping. There is no way they both could get lost. Yeah, I think I'm done ordering direct from China. I'm probably going to take the Newegg deal on the Meizu M6s, even if they cost me twice as much as these were going to. Good thing I ordered so early as one of them is for my wife's birthday on Sept 2. Plenty of time from Newegg.

Here is what they replied----

We shipped your two items together.So they were lost together.Sorry!

Would you please wait for a few days?We have no stocks now.Once we get our new stocks,we will ship them out.Thank you for your understanding in advance.


So I am thinking since they have been nice about everything the new ones they will get in will be right and they will check them. I will keep you guys updated if I hear anything else. Looks like I have a long wait.
