Bought probably faked MP4 player from "i-proshop"

I bought this MP4 player on ebay from "i-proshop"

I payed 49.99€ to "i-proshop" using paypal.
The following day I received an email:

So i began to google for information about the mp4 player....half an hour later i

found this website and got informed about "i-proshop" selling hacked players. I

instantly started a conflict @ paypal.com to get my money back.

The MP4 player I bought from "i-proshop" is a fake. The ebay seller sells MP4 players with modified firmware with different ebay accounts:

What shall I do now?? I got my money back but I don't really understand the answer from i-proshop.
Shall I send back the player but if I do who will pay the shipping costs?

i just noticed you refunded my payment. I would like to know what to do now. 
I know the player is hacked and i also noticed you are not willing to talk about this fact. 
But I will be fine with the player if it's memory size is around 2GB. So maybe we can settle this dispute: 
I would like to keep the MP4 player for less money if it's real memory size is at least 2GB. 
I'm agreed to pay around 30€  (instead of 49,49€ orginal). let me know your opinion.

However, you may not able to find the postal records in your country because we are only using registered airmail service and it only cover the tracking service of departure from Hong Kong. Once it leaving Hong Kong and it takes normally around 2 ? 3 weeks to arrive your address for most of the countries but, for Europe and US, It may take longer time for Custom clearance because of Terrorism hazard. ur item "The item left Hong Kong for its destination on 15-Jul-2007" Hmm thats weird. I ordered a player from a onther user, and it left also the 15th july and i recvied it in 17thjuly. And you live in Germany, and i live in Sweden. the cargo fligth is once a week to Sweden from Hongk kong and in Germany it is 5 times per week. So something is weird!1

he/she is weird i bougth a mp4 from them, and i payed and i noticed this site and opened a paypal dispute and one day after he/she said that they shippedr the item, and he doestn answet the dispute, have mailed them no answer

when tryed trace it i get this message

I started a paypal dispute and got my money back. The player is still on the way.....and i won't send it back :P

Slah, glad you got you're money back! Sometimes it's a fight to get it. I would keep the player also. Keep it on behalf of everyone who has gotten ripped off. Just be sure and follow the guide on "How to Remove a Memory Hack." It's on this forum and is very informative. If you haven't seen it already, there is also a petition you can sign addressing eBay's willingness to allow scammers to operate on eBay.

You got a Meizu? Awesome! Very good choice. I bought mine from JTC Electronics. It's an 8gb white M6. Had it a couple of weeks and absolutely love it.

If you have any questions about it that you can't find here, there is also a forum called Meizu Me which specializes on Meizu players. Their Frequently Asked Questions sections is very helpful.
