Ebay dispute process - seems to work
I have just got word from Ebay that I am getting a full refund from red-vision for the two players he sold me that were hacked. I opened a dispute under the "Report an Item Not Received or Not as Described" and after a few emails it seems I am to get a full refund and I get to keep the players. Maybe red-vision is attempting to get his sales going again. Maybe that`s the way to go if you`ve been sold hacked players.

These are the comments I submitted when I opened the dispute.
Claim Submitted Comments: You have fraudulantly sold me items which you had falsely claimed to have more memory than they actually did. I have given the players away as presents to family and will not upset them further. A partial refund of £3.5 is totally unnacceptable. Message to Ebay- this is fraud pure and simple. This seller has done this to many Ebayers in the recent past and made pathetic offers. When will Ebay take this seriously? I have been passing on progress of this process to the "Watchdog" programme. |
