Default digitexpert ebay seller

eBay seller: digitexpert.

I chose this seller because after scrutinising the many other similar players on ebay this one appeared the best option, it was in the uk, London, on the surtace it had superior features to all the other players, in fact the sellers advert boasted the superiority of it , on a theirs /ours basis, higher screen resolution, superior, quality of component parts and accessories etc which is why i chose it above the many other similar players, when it arrived from ahem Hong Kong, i was pleased with what i considered a neat and well built item, it functioned more or less as it should, there were a few hickups whereby i needed to reformat a few times and the memory at one point displayed ridiculously low, but it never registered with me and when i got the player back up and running i thought no more about it until the next time.

After a few more of these reformats necessitated by display messages on the screen telling me it has gone U/S, yet again, i decided as neat and well constructed it appeared to me, something was definately not right with it, i then whilst browsing ebay for something better i came across zekes little tool, and without hesitation i instinctively knew that was what i needed, and it was, sure enough my 4gb mp3 player which incidentally sports a neat little 4GB sticker on the reverse turns out to be only 2GB, suprise suprise, actually i was shocked and dissapointed, was it something i had done to reduce my memory size, had i formatted it smaller somehow, after all the illogical and logical explanations which flooded my head had subsided and i had meticulously repeated the procedure enough times with the tool i finally accepted I had been scammed.

So there you have it, the seller as expected denied any knowledge and despite my initial email clearly stating i was not going to return it for various reasons, which include, I purchased it from London and was not returning it to Hong Kong it might never be seen again, i needed it as proof, and finally the missus snatched it from me and won't give me it back, she doesn't know much about technical stuff and thinks its great, one of the unsuspecting many i imagine who will never find out, and I'm not about to dissappoint her, listens to elvis all day on it, yes it is more reliable now it has been restored to what it should be so i let her keep it, it could have been worse it might have been only 1 GB.

Anyhow back to the seller, he wants me to return it for as he puts it a proper one or a refund, well i can't argue with that response, or can i, he isn't going to own up to it, but the way i see it bad could become worse if it went astray on its way back to hk, so i took solice in the fact i would prefer to tell all and sundry about it instead, email five of his buyers of these players a day telling them what they have probably just purchased, pointing them in the direction of zekes mp3 tools along the way to check for themselves, its a shame so much premature positive feedbacks have been left by happy pleased purchasers of these before they find out what they have really purchased is probably halve of what they paid for, if they are lucky, it could be less, well he got negative feedback from me and i got a request to mutually remove it and another request for it back, but feedbacks staying, i thought long and hard before i gave it and it stays so all , well some i hope can see it, however it will soon disappear beneath the mountains of new feedbacks from oh so happy abundance of ignorant unsuspecting buyers, yes his turnover is that great, a good thing going there, such a shame that a appearingly proper flourishing company feels it has to resort to such underhand cheating tactics, unless as he says he knew nothing about it, what do you think, as for ebay might as well write my complaint down on a lollypop stick and shove it wher the sun don't shine, for all the interest they appear to take, despite all their rules and regs, nothing seems to get done, and sure enough whoever it was you complained about is still there months later doing exactly the same as what you complained about in the first place.

Hope you found this post enjoyable.
