dana.rack (NARUD) and mylistspeer are one and the same!!!
 

It is now certain that dana.rack and mylistspeer are one and the same. I received an email from a buyer of mylistspeer that showed identical bank details, and the same company name FONEXS. The only difference is that buyers now have to send cheques or postal orders to a PO box in Brierfield, which I believe is near Blackburn. The bank transfer details are the same. Guess what, I have told Ebay. They may get around to reading the Email this time tomorrow. I have emailed the UK internet fraud police as well.

I also checked on the couple of feedbacks (pos) the seller got in the last 24 hrs and they are all for the past sales for sim cards. Of course the people bidding on the new items dont know that because they were private sales. They are probably assuming that the feedback is for past sales of similar items that they are bidding on.

However, I'm one of those who has foolishly 'committed to buy' from him, any ideas?
I also notice that his feedback is starting to slide, how long can he last?

Hi Moose, I wouldn`t worry about it, you wont have to pay. He will probably be NARUd tomorrow or the day after.

A couple of negs have been left for mylistspeer. I cant think who by :twisted: which hopefully should see the end of him. He has sold items worth approx £30000 in the last two weeks. Even with the two negs his feedback is showing 99% so a lot of people wont bother looking, but I`ve done my best. You can lead a horse to water etc.

How can it take ebay so long to notice?

His listings come to an end very soon, wonder what he will do next... 59 negative feedback at the moment, but still ebay has done nothing...

There are a couple of new posts by buyers on Ebay Q&A about mylistspeer.

Myself and a few other posters did post last week on a thread about dana.rack advising for any buyers to form a group and to contact the police.

Has a group of buyers been formed yet?

It would be advisable to form a group, you will have stronger case for the police to listen to you concerning this seller then.

You will need documentive evidence of payments to the seller,auction listings that you bid on & won etc. to present to the police.

I have also had an e-mail from Simon Robinson of Lancs police. He has asked me for info so as to prepare his case against this guy. There are over 1600 people complaints from e-bay customers alone. I will be giving him all the information he has asked for and said I will be a witness if need be. I doubt all 1600 plus will be asked to give evidence! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE e-mail the police with details of your loss if this guy has scammed you.
