FONEXS RIP OFF GUY FROM NELSON

I'm no expert on posting on these FORUMS - I hope this goes to somewhere prominent.

The Police have arrested this Chap (Fonexs guy) after my complaint.

WOuld anyone who has been 'done' email me their details and I'll pass them on to the Nelson Police Detective in charge.

I'll also forward you back his details (I'll check with him first on that)

Also could you please post this anywhere else in order that we can get all the necessary 'tricks' he has done documented and the Police will appreciate the scale of his deeds.

ALSO if I have posted this wrongly on here would some kind person do the necessary please.

Is "Fonexs" the name of the seller in eBay? Is he selling in eBay.co.uk and eBay.com as well as others?

This guy was using ebay id "tommy-jones-smithy" - no doubt amongst many others

Hi, Back from my hols and this is great news and vindication of the stand we took against this guy. Thanks bobef90 for bringing this to our attention. If there is anyone out there who was conned by tommy-jones-smithy, dana.rack or mylistspeer then please make sure you email the police at the above link and give the police as much information as possible as I will be doing. I will also be trying to contact past buyers to inform them what has happened.
