hacked 4GB glacier
 

Hailitele sold me a 4BG glacier and it seems hacked told me that the description clearly states that only 1 GB, (961mb doesn't equal 1GB), is playable and the other 3 GB is flash to store data.This is the response I revieved:
""The "Capacity" part is clearly stated in the item description, the 4GB is for acting as a 4GB USB flash drive for storing data files only, and the actual playable and recordable capacity is 1GB. It can hold 4GB of songs as data, but among them, only the songs locate in the first giga byte of the memory section are playable, thanks.""
Take a look at the description and tell me if I read something wrong:

BRAND NEW GENUINE 4GB 3RD GEN 2.0" LCD MP3/MP4 PLAYER!!

At this point.....I don't know I should do.

Sorry to hear about your ordeal.
There has been a lot of mention about Hailitele in this forum already. Have a look at these posts:
