how do I retract my positive feedback for EBAY?
 

I got ripped off by hailitele when i bought a 4GB mp3 player and it turned out to be a 1GB mp3 player that had been hacked.
At first glance everything seemed to be ok so I left positive feedback.
It wasn't until I formatted it that I found out that the mp3 player had been hacked and I had been ripped off.

Is there anything I can do?

There is no way to retract positive feedback once it's left. If you paid through Paypal, open a dispute with the reason Item is Not as Described. Not sure if it will do you any good or not since feedback was already left, but it's worth a try.

Be sure and sign the petition under General Discussion on the main page. The more signatures we get, the better.
