Dispute with exhallyeb
 

Ok i had not done my research and ordered a 4 gig mp4 player from ebay from seller exhallyeb. I bid and won the player and immediately paid via paypal.

The item arrived marked as gift and looked very shoddy unboxed not good quality. I set about installing my photo files heard this was a good way to verify size they all loaded and then could not be viewed. So i formatted using advice from this site and found out was a 1 gig player.
Contacted the seller who offerred me a £6 refund or if i returned the item 2nd class airmail parcel he would refund purchase price and he would refund the postage. Item returned i have heard nothing from him so have opened a paypal dispute hopefully i will get my cash back.

I have now esculated this with Paypal as seller had not responded hopefully paypal will be able to get something sorted.

Ok got a response from this already exhalleyb has now refunded my money so i won woo hoo. Now to find a reputable seller who sellls 4 GB players.
