ebay seller btwtgl

I'm looking for your opinions~ he's probably scamming me, right?

I just bought an 8GB from this person. I did some research on it, after I bought it (which was stupid of me!) and found out that there are no 8GB of this model, which is a knockoff called Glacier.

So I e-mailed the guy, and told him I would either like to cancel or get a different one... anyways, this is how the conversation went. (I'm her_majesty_the_queen@live.com, BTW, and he replied "OK" just a minute ago.)
