His listing was a 4gb mp4 player for 38 dollars, I got it 3 weeks later and it even said 4gb on the back of it. I checked the computer and it said 4gb so I gave him positive feedback.

Couple of hours later I loaded over 2gb of music on it. Format errors occurred. I formatted the player as I was told to now its 961mb which is around 1gb.

The seller wanted me to send it back and he wanted to give me 4 dollars USD as a refund but I would still have to pay to send it back. I said NO, I am not wasting any money on this hacked mp4 player I want my money back.

He kept giving me the run around how they only offer the lowest prices. So I said to heck with it and filed a claim with paypal demanding I at least get 28 dollars back instead of 38. Least I would get some of my money back.

Nope wont get a refund. Fking thief I am not sending it back so he can rip me off some more. :x

Hi Geeke,

Sorry to hear about your situation.

I know some members in the past have been able to get a PARTIAL refund instead. Have you tried for that? Tell him you will settle for a partial refund if you were to buy a 1GB instead.

Ask for the highest partial refund as he'll probably try to negotiate it down....

he would not give me any money back with out sending it back to him. So I told that con artist to go screw himself. freaking crook!
