is there a updated blacklist that can be downloaded,

Hi skuzzb,

It's hard to keep and updated list as they're always popping up and changing their names etc...

The best thing to do is to SEARCH for the seller on our site as well as Google. Hopefully someone who has been ripped off or scammed has taken the time to write information about it.
