cant u guys make a new topic on like good sellers and where u can buy good ipods, mp3 and mp4s

Check out the forum Bad Sellers/Blacklist. It has quite a few threads regarding good sellers or do a search for the thread White List.

The problem with a 'white list', is I'm not entirely sure how reliable it is.

I think if you are going to buy something from eBay, best to:
1. Check the feedback,
2. Do a search on our site (use the "Search Site" link on the left hand side menu bar) then,
3. Search the internet for the seller.

It's a good bet that if someone has been scammed and found out about it, they would most tell others about it. Whereas if someone has bought a good product, most of the time, they wouldn't make a fuss out of it, it's only when someone gets scammed or hard done by that you hear the feedback :).
