4GB player from compgeeks.com
I recently purchased a 4Gb mp4 player from compgeeks.com. I immediatley copied about a gig and half of mp3s photos and a movie clip just for fun. And then I began playing. Everything I added after the 1Gb mark would not play...format error. Or the player would just shut down.
Next thing I did was get on the net to find answers, and found this site. I done some reading, and decided to format the drive. Still showed 4GB, but still only holds 1GB of usable files (the others appear to be there but will not play). So I decided it was not really a 4GB drive. Formatted in FAT instead of FAT32, hoping to reveal the true size of the disk...it still showed 4GB. Yes, you heard me right, a 4GB FAT drive. hmmmmmmmmm... What should I do next? Who do I report this to? I'm still waiting on a reply from compgeeks about this. |
