Very well I tried to solve this situation the good way.

Everybody knows that a lot of asiatic sellers scam ppl on ebay. Ones for conterfeit products, others by hacked items... etc.

In my case I wanted the refund first because after this seller does not inspire me any confidence. I saw a lot of negative feedback on its account.

So, this seller sold me a mp4 player. It corrupts my data, has bad programed firmware etc. But the big thing is that this product is counterfeit.

this is "supposed" to be a coby player. A MP805. I contacted Coby by phone and email and they said that they do NOT make this players with 4Gb. In my country people can have problems exporting this kind of products, that's why I asked the seller to refund me first (because the confidence that I lost in him). I wanted to return it (even considering that I could take some problems with the police)

The seller did not reply anymore and gave me a stupid feedback for this situation. So my conversation with him is over!

Plus, I'll contact the local police, The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) wich is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) about this situation.
