This seller sent me a player with a virus. emailed to him that I want a full refund plus replacement for the cost of fixing my computer

I plugged my mp4 player into the computer, opened the drive and after that I kept getting pop ups from chinese porn and all dinds of shit like that. I re installed windows 7 times and they still kept popping up. I couldn't install any anti virus or anti spyware either. after 2 days of this crap, I smashed the player and computer.

He told me to send it back and it would be replaced, I said I wanted a refund, but he refused. So I sent it back, but have a plan up my sleve to get another one and a refund. f*ckin criminal bastard.

If you check his feedback, he totaly knows that his players have viruses, he even admitted it to me, but he still continues to sell them.

The guy has 145 negative feedback in the last 12 months. You should never buy anything from anyone with that many negative feedbacks. So its somewhat your fault buy doing that. Always check the persons feedback before you purchase anything from them. I read alot of his feedbacks and it seems like he doesn't refund even when he promised to do so.

If he doesn't send a refund, file a dispute with PayPal to try to get your money back.

RE: Your computer

TURN OFF AUTOAPLAY on your drives. It seems the virus installs itself everytime you plug in your player because there is a autrun.inf file on there that automatically installs the virus when you plug it in.
