Ebay Seller top10.music is selling Memory Hacked MP3 Players
I purchased a ""NEW 1.8"TFT 16GB 4 Generation mp3 mp4" from top10.music on ebay for my daughter.
- Only showed 6+ MB in Windows which brought me to this site - After formatting it showed its true self 2GB - Opened PayPal dispute - Seller responded with a refund offer of $18 - I refused. Countered with $25 - Seller responded with an offer of $20 - Before I could refuse again he fully refunded me! - I left negative feedback to warn potential future buyers - He then open an unpaid case with ebay All though I got my money back, for which I am grateful, I guess he thought he would silence me by giving a full refund. This is probably why he later opened the 'unpaid case' with ebay. I don't care, I'm sticking to my guns and will do everything possible to get his account(s) removed from ebay. |
Thanks for letting us know.

Re: Ebay Seller top10.music is selling Memory Hacked MP3 Pla
Good news! Ebay removed the unpaid strike against me, so I came out of this mess with a free 2GB chipod.
If anyone wants a free chipod, bid on this clowns auctions. When you recieve the item file a dispute with paypal and get a full refund. If he gets enough disputs paypal will freeze his account. On a side note I just picked up a 2 GB sansa c250 on buy dot com for $11 shipped. Much nicer player then those chipods and at a better price. |
