Bought 32 GB Itchee Mp3 player from checkmeout88
 

I purchased a what I thought was a 32 GB Itchee Mp3 player from checkmeout88 and now I see all this negative info on my purchase.

Why are people allowed to commit fraud like this? Also will I be able to get all of my money back from this I spent like $50.00 which included the shipping and handling from Hong Kong.

yes, file a complaint now, do not leave any feed back, inform paypal and ebay, pick out as many links from this site as possible about the same problem (there are many) and also send them to paypal - paypal is there to protect and you can get money back - do not accept any deal from the seller, they will offer a small part refund or even threaten to give you bad feedback - but your case is strong

this has been happening for ages and ebay do not care, simpla as that, many of us have sent them messages, i even sent one yesterday but i am sure it will not get actioned on - basically every 32Gb player on that site that is itchee or unbranded is a fake - i wil stake my dinner on it

Yes, I totally agree with what makd said above. You should definitely file a dispute with PayPal to get your money back. You should have a strong case.

Hopefully this will be a warning to future buyers, but unfortunately people tend to buy first, find the problems, find this site and then it's too late, they've already parted with their money....... :(

with all due erspect its not OK - it will be hacked and ebay and paypal need to know as it is fraud, yes its cheap but thats beside the point we cant let this continue
