Is zhixingstarshop88 a good eBay vendor?

I recently purchased a Nano clone 8GB from zhixingstarshop88. It hasn't shipped yet; the sale just closed on Sat. I've already paid for the item BEFORE I found this site.

Is this guy OK or one the bad vendors ?

they are not on the bad sellers list so far and as its only 8GB you may be fine though i personally would never ever but mp4 players off ebay

also not the images used are of a real nano so dont truly expect yours to lok exactly the same

email them and ask specifically if they have hacked memory player and get a reply as proof

BAD. I just bought a player from him. advertised at 8GB but it was only 2 when i did the memory test. sorry.

emailed him about it. he said i could return it for full refund or he could refund me ten bucks if i wanted to keep it. decided to take the ten bucks... its less hassle than having to ship it back to freaking Hong Kong

really disappointed though... i wish i could find a real 8GB nano clone for like under 30 bucks

you have fallen for the tricks they pull, this is to get it sent back (of which no one want to do) or give you some part refund, this is why so many continue to sell as this is the route many buyers take

you need to report them and get all your money back, but more important is to get them off ebay all together, if buyers just accept the part refund it dos nothing but fuel the firs and allows others to get conned - please report the seller to paypal and ebay
