ebay trader cicipark2010 selling hacked players

Amongst the various items offered by ebay vendor cicipark2010 { Ping Sun } are [ 8GB 1.8"LCD MP3 players].
They are labelled as 8GB and have been hacked to report this capacity as a flash drive.
The tools I have used suggest that they have been fitted with reject 4GB chips, less than 2GB appeared to function and I have yet to discover how to format it to the true safe capacity.

I complained to the vendor. I received a 50% refund offer. Given the cost of return postage and possibility of not receiving a refund I accepted.

I posted negative feedback mentioning the memory fraud and the refund offer.

I have since received an offer of a full refund if I will pull the negative feedback and this I have refused.
