You can put the seller: (best-phone-cell) on the blacklist of hacked players. I bought 2 from him both were no good in terms of functionality and being hacked. First one was hacked to 2GB as confirmed from Test2W with a battery that would hold a charge so rendered player completely useless.

Another one sold with a touch screen that didn't even work. No touch function at all. Sells not only hacked but broken and defective players.

Did you put a dispute through as well as negative feedback (after dispute has been settled)?
Hopefully others will find this post before purchasing from this seller.

I too, bought a 32 Gb from best phone sell. It turned out to have only 2Gb of memory. Got a 50% refund but would much rather have had a full 32Gb item. Ebay should DO SOMETHING!!!!!
