Seller VI Long in Shenzhen

bought a mp4-5 player, T13, with 4.3" screen from this seller. He shipped it with a manual for a different device. Mboard was bulit in 11-2012. Item had OS from 2005. Seller jerked me around, finally offered $0.98 refund on $27.49 purchase price.
This seller is 100% unreliable, don't buy

Does the device work OK once you start using it? Nothing faulty with it? Any issues with hacked memory on it?

The device sold by VI LONG is 100% functional, BUT he ships it with the Chinese language default, and one of the totally useless Chinese English language manuals. When you complain, he jerks you around, sends you to a 100% Chinese language website for help, etc.
I told him that he is not better than a thief, and he proved I was right!
