pls. help me...

i,v just upgraded my mp4-659 with other firmware versions of MP4 (MP4-669).. after the upgrade process.. my MP4 hang up and it turned on automaticallly. i thought that it is normal. but when i turn it off and turn it on again.. my Mp4 doesnt open anymore. what should i do? pls help me... pls email me at maxrpm_1000@yahoo.com for solutions. thank you...

Hi knight rider (I used to watch it heaps when I was young),

When u say "doens't open anymore", what do you mean exactly? Do you mean when u turn it on, the screen is blank and u see nothing? Or does it keep rebooting itself?

pls help me also...my mp5 player cant power on when i try to connect to pc,,screeen is appear is loading with blue background... always loading, but not detected with my pc. what is the problem of my mp5... i
