Khang, If your player is in recovery mode you should be able to apply a firmware to it. I do not think you need to try and reset the the chip at the moment.

Have a look at this,
http://www.mympxplayer.com/dload.php...ile&file_id=56
do the screen images match your players menus etc.

Ok, it is the screen of my player!
I am very happy when hearing that I don't have to take any internal operation!

What is the next step, tadad1!?

It is still no response! ... still in this screen!
When I connect it to USB port, PC recognize it but Win Explorer can not explore it (no item for this device)

There is a message box: "It is recover state, and select the firmware file for recovering please"

If select OK, the open File windows will be involved for chosing the recover file!

In the left box about device firmware information , all fields are null!

In the right box about upgraded firmware information:
Device name: S1 Mp3 Player
Product : Wilson Co. Ltd
Version: 3.2.16

The Upgrade log box below:
dump.bin ....... failed

Maybe the upgrade file is not mismatched, because the version of my player is recorded before upgrading that is WS-3.2.13

Could you please send me the right upgrade file so that I can try!
Thanks tadad1!

When I chose Recover firmware button to start the recovering, there is a error message box:
"Read or write device information failed! Please exit the program and check if device in connecting!"

And the MP3 Player Upgrade Tool program is close when chosing OK!

Khang, there are 2 firmware on the bottom of this page which are 3.2.13 but they have different menu's you could try them, these are the only ones I have been able to find.

If the upgrade tool is unable to access your player then you may have to open it and do a reset.
