guivarrichio, thanx for the descriptive pictures.
I don't know if this would help but try uninstalling the mp3 utilities and installing it again.

I wonder why it says "check if device is connecting." :?:
Does your player behave weirdly during the upgrade...as in does it keep turning on and off if you let it be...

Maybe there's something interupping the usb connection...did you check if the usb cable was properly connected and all? And make sure no buttons are pressed on the player during the upgrade.

Arish, Thank you for everything, I let a lot of things beside to dedicate some time to put this to work again, and so do you. Thank you very much.

But as we could see we tried, tried and nothing seems to work, I have called the "seller",and this weekend IŽll go to the city I bought to try to get my money back, also, the ON/OFF button is broken, so, 1 more thing to make him give my money back.

He told me he will test and exchange the mp4 per another one.

Cross your fingers please.

see you friend.

guivarrichio, good luck getting your money back or an exchange mp4.

Maybe the broken ON/OFF button was the problem after all.

Let us know just in case you need further help.
