guivarrichio, do you know what version your original firmware was?
Also please give more details about your player is it 1.5 or 1.8, how much memory does it have, what features did it have, anything you can think of will help track down an answer.

guivarrichio, if the device is being recognised as a ADFU device when you start the firmware upgrade tool you should get a recovery mode message, you need to find a full version firmware to recover your player, you could try your backup dump but you will most likely get an error message. The problem is finding a full version which is really a matter of trial and error. I would suggest downloading a few versions of 3.5.35 and open them with S1res which can be found in the download section. When you open the .bin file in s1res you will be able to look at all the image files inside so look for ones that have the same images as your player they will be your best bet.

Unfortunatly there is no sure fire fix for you rproblem and it could get worse before it gets better. Good luck man i hope all goes well, if you have any furthur questions just ask if I can help I will.

guivarrichio, do check to see if you have a backup full firmware on your mp4 cd that you got with your player. The file extension would be .bin or .fw

guivarrichio, if you think the firmware is similar to your original, try upgrading with it first and see if anything works at all.

I don't see how exactly you would delete the pictures from the firmware and I don't think that would fix the problem...the firmware you're talking about may have a different loading format type than your original.

The upgrade firmware must be exactly the same as your original most of the times.

By the way, have you contacted your seller?
Also, does the board ID of your player match with the firmware that you gave the link to?
