I'm new and I hope I can help. Well my brother has this type of mp4 player and I will get the same:

Digital Player MP4 with a 1.8" screen and real 2GB memory.

nabilash, if you go to the Downloads section and then to the Firmware section you will see a heading Uploads by Members go there and you will find an upload button at the top of the page.

It appears from your pictures that we have similar players.
