Dead 4GB Nano Like Player

Hey,

Does anyone else have a 1.5" Nano Like Ipod. Mine is 4GB and I can't seem to find the firmware. The board number is ATJ2085W and the flash memory chip (I think) is a Samsung 604 K9F1G08U0A. Help would be nice. Thanks!

Mrki, have you tried the firmwares on this site here:

Also, try http://s1mp2.org ...they have the board id's so you can try matching up your board id and see if you find a compatible firmware.

Also let me know what version your original firmware was.
(Most likely it was 3.5.35 or 3.5.37)

Are you sure that its 4GB? I didnt think those existed for the nano clones.

don't mean to be bearer of bad news, but your 4GB nano clone is actually 1GB, i looked up the memory chip and thats for a samsung 1GB (128x8).

Your probably best formatting your player first and then install a firmware compatable with your board.
