My player its death

hello my player its dead, the Screen is Blue, i was Upgrade the firmware of my player with one version different. and formatted my player with windows XP, sorry, I am from mexico City.

My player be formatted, windows if install my player (puert USB)

Dates: player mp3/mp4 Nano 2GO 1.5", FM radio, AMV format play, jpeg photograph, E-book text reading and digital record.

not Backup my firmware and I formatted My player.
