Help finding firmware

HI! Recently I bought an mp4 player from a reseller from Greece, named Plaisio, Turbo-X tp2 player. I've found that is exactly like this:
my MP4 player
or like this
My mp4 player

A simple image is here:
http://image.ec21.com/image/aerospac...MP4_Player.jpg

My problem is that I've tried to upgrade the firmware and I upgraded with a different version and now my player is DEAD. Only a white(light gray) screen is seen. For 3 times I reinstalled the firmware but I didn't found the good one. Help me please finding the good firmare and a way to upgrade, because after those tries I cannot anymore get the player in the Upgrade mode. I readed almost posts here but I didn't find some useful information to solve my problem.
I want to reinstall my old firmware or a new version, doesn't matter, I want to see my player working.
Thanks a lot!

Re: DEAD PLAYER RECOVERY GUIDE

hey. i recently got tired of my [strike:7915ea283a]mp4[/strike:7915ea283a] theme and i wanted to experiment a bit. so i killed it by uploading an unknown firmware just for fun and then tried to recover it. so i got to the point where its "back to life" and i can explore it but i dont fully understand the rest of the tutorial. should i upload a new firmware again but not a full version from the download section using RdiskUpdate.exe?

btw thx fot the awesome tutorial!

Re: DEAD PLAYER RECOVERY GUIDE

Hallo :)
First of all, thank you for the advices in this forum which is very helpful.
I am new member, I have the same problem and I'd like to ask in this forum perhaps someone can help me to solve the problem of my mp3 player.

1. MP3 player was fine until when I update the firmware, mp3 player no longer running even blank ..
I check in Windows Explorer, the removable disk is not detected.
Unfoftunately I don't have firmware back up :(

2. I re-installed the driver of my mp3 player. After the install, in the tray at the right top of the windows shows the USB 2.0 (FS) ADFU Device is detected.
When I plug in MP3 player unplug devices, the speakers alert sounds detected.
But when I check the windows explorer in the removable disk is not detected
I tried the mp3 player utilities.. still, removable disk is not detected ..

Then I check in computer management-disk management, there is also a removable disk is not detected ..
Even devices usage is enable (use this device)

I don't know how to solve it.. I cannot edit/delete or format my mp3 player because the removable disk is not detected :(

I bought this mp3 player in ebay several months ago, so I don't know where to get service and I can't return it.

This is an example pic which is very similliar to my mp3 player:

One more question, I wonder how to find the correct firmware for our mp3 player? where to find it? is there any way to know the correct one?

My mp3 player spec: Samsung 552 K9W8G0801M PCB0
ATJ2051
It's Car Mp3 player FM with Transmitter

Guys, please help me..
Please forgive for my bad English

Thank you

After following your instruction in the page 1, finally my mp3 player removable disk show up in the windows explorer :)
And now I also can edit, delete and format it.
I installed it with firmware v9.2.19
I don't know is it the right one or not
At least the mp3 player is detected by the computer and shows up in the windows explorer. Thanks admin :)
The problem now is the mp3 player can't turn on, the screen still blank :(.
Is there any idea to make it work again?
Please..
