Hi, I have the same mp4 and Ihave "the firmware" that you wanted, it's :
ACI_V 3.5.35 _SC85051F
his is how it worked for me:

Upgrade 1st with the (3.5.37 Full.bin) firmware, then use the LD_CM60009.fw.

The LC_cm file is the original, the only prblem is that its on Chinese or Japanese,
so you need to change it, in settings.

I'm new in this forum and i need some help too, at first i've damaged my firmware then start to read and do the Recovery Dead Player Guide , it's success until i had my firmware updated from my Driver Disc , Now my player running and the sound is heard too but only show blue light with faint background of the menu. Please what should i do can someone help me. Is there something wrong with the display or wrong firmware. thank very much if someone would reply my message !

Try uninstalling the version of MP3 Player Utilities you are using and install another version, try 4.07 if you have not used it already. When you get it installed try loading the firmware to your player again. If the player still shows a blue screen then maybe the LCD module of your player is not compatible with the firmware.

the mp4 does not play after that

and the computer can not read the mp4
