sachitmaskey,
You just need to find the right firmware to restore your player.
What was your original firmware version?
What did the menus look like?

sachitmaskey, it took my player a good minute to settle in the firmware and have the screen show the menus and screen selection and all that. So, just keep it open and everything will appear. At least thats what I did.

That should work out for you.

You need to use one of the full firmwares we have in out Download section. And, short the pins only once when the device is detected by windows and after than, open the update program and use one of the full firmwares to bring it back to life.

wexku, You may have to repeat the process more than once. You may also need to try one of the other full version firmware and format your player.

bianchidavide, You must use one of the firmware from the full firmware download section first. Then you can try the dump files from the Medium Color Screen section. If that fails you may need to format your player between upgrades.
