you may try and open it and see it the usd connector pins inside if it is broken(happend to my old one) this may happen when the pin is a bit out of the place and when you pluge it use cord in and resulting in pushing the pins in or bending it. if not that problem look into either if the batteryis connected correctly, or is it a defective one. look for is anything looks like burned out, make sure you didn't staticed it due to the winter(you get more statics during winter some how) another thing i found out, all the people with the restarting problem, it is not the faulty machine, it is the statics also, try taking a sweater off and have the mp3 player touching the sweater, it will restart. Hope you get yours working!

macking , there are some v9.0.xx firmwares in the downloads section here http://www.mympxplayer.org/actions-9...mare-dc37.html

If these do not work, then there is nothing much you can do. As the firmware extractor currently does not support any versions higher than v9.0.43.

@lattesurf
i try the version 9.0.43 and 9.0.48 still don't work with my player, my next step is to copy the firmware of my friend's mp4 player coz we have the same model, gladly i extract his firmware using s1fwx , still the result is just a white blank screen

Can anyone help me on what to do to recover my mp4?

macking , two players may look exactly the same on the outside, even with same interface and screen images. But the firmware used maybe totally different from each other.

macking, If your friends player is also using 9.0.50 then the dump will not be usable. s1fwx will not extract a complete backup of any versions above 9.0.43. A new firmware extraction tool is being written for these newer versions but may not be available for some time.
