popat007,
Unfortunatly the recovery process is not an exacting science so there is no tried and true steps that work for all players.
A couple of things that may help you though, when you get your player into ADFU mode and flash a full version firmware you may find you need to disconnect your player, switch it off and then back on before reconnecting it.
If you find that the player is not detected again by either Explorer or the Update tool then you will have to short the chip again.
If you find that the player is still in ADFU mode then you should be able to try a different full version firmware.
Although it can be a long and frustrating process I suggest you try as many different full version firmware in the 3.5.XX series until you find one that takes your player out of ADFU mode and reconnects as a removable device in Explorer.
If you try all the full version firmware and are unable to get the player out of ADFU then try repeating the whole process again using a different version of MP3 Player Utilities or Product Tool which you can download here:
http://www.mympxplayer.org/product-t...ads-df234.html
Some people have more success with this tool.
As soon as your player shows up in Explorer be sure to format it in Fat format before you try loading any dump files.
I am sorry I can only give you general suggestions but it is not easy to diagnose specific problems without having the player in front of me to test.
Keep us informed of any progress you make.
