ok guys.. i have a digitalrese mp4 player....

its a 256m ibought it ad updated the filmware now i get the hour glass.
i worked through the steps and found the .inf file then click next it says hardware instlation i click contiue anyways. then i get a insert disk box

it says "please incert te compact discked labeled usbmass storage device then click ok" i have the factory disc in.

i dont know what to do any help would be great i also do not kow what filmware to use

please help im leaving for the philipines soon and wat this for the plane ride...

I have s1mp4
chip set : hynix
memory : 1 Gb
then it's 108 Mb
WHY ? i want back 1Gb
please help me !!! THANK !!!

hi jayniceness , i have now the same problem , pc doesn`t recognize my mpx , it gets stuck at hourglass , and the screen turns on|off constantly . Seems , it reboots .. nothing helps ..

I would appreciate ,when somebody could give some advices ...
And the most interesting thing is, that i can rich the main menu of the player , but then when i try to get to MP3 Player or Picture Viewer or Settings etc. appears error (i dont know what one, everything is in chinese language) ...
i `m tired whith this player ,

I've this situation : cursor on blue screen and xp find drivers but don't see it in explorer. How can proceed ?

try with firmware restoring , what for do you need to see it in explorer _?

HI, I've opened Mp3 Player Firmware Upgrade Tool, load the firmware version 3.5.37, pressed button RECOVER FIRMWARE.
Recover start but not finish. it remain stopped and display this message on window tool : Downloading the restorable main program.

please help i upgrade my mp4 with the wrong firmware and it is now can't be detected by my computer it just give ablue screen for aminite then balck for seconds and again blue and so on please i can't find the full firmware but i have abackup please help me i can send u my backup to help lpease help me
is there any other way to do this
